Fork in the Road: Issue 1
**free P&P within the UK & Ireland**
Fork in the Road is a brand-new biannual magazine from The Gannet that looks at food destinations from a different angle.
In issue 1, published September 2016, documents an epic road trip through South & West Sweden. We go behind-the-scenes with chef Daniel Berlin, who runs one of the world's best restaurants in a Skåne farmhouse with a little help from his parents. A mysterious cafe owner named Llama Lloyd takes us on a nocturnal tour of his favourite Gothenburg bars and music venues. We go out mussel harvesting on the Bohuslän coast and receive a memorable lesson in the art of Swedish "sushi".
The magazine is also full of excellent recommendations and indispensable advice on how to navigate your way through the best (and weirdest) of Swedish cuisine. Keep an eye out for issue 2 in early 2017!
NB: This magazine comes free with all book purchases in the lead-up to Christmas 2016.
